Dark and Moody Florals for Styled Shoot in Lodi, CA
In this industry, we get the chance to work with other wedding professionals on like a billion weddings, but rarely get to play, talk shop, and create on our own otherwise. One way to do that, which is becoming so crazy popular, is styled shoots. We get to collab, geek out, and go nuts on doing what we love and how we love to do it!
Our first styled shoot of the year is with photographer Aly Haydon, a local, moody-styled, killer lady! For this shoot, we went dark and kinda strange. These wide, dark, boho, and asymmetrical bouquets and hair clips are filled with dried goods, pampas, toffee garden roses, cappuccino roses, dead baby's breath, and proteas. These rich and deep late summer or early fall, sunset, and jewel-tone pallets are to die for! The cherry on the top? Crushed velvet ribbon!
